Irrespective of race, tribe, religion, sex, or political leanings, admission to LASUSTECH is open to all candidates. For the initial launch of the university, candidates will be admitted exclusively to the 100-Level of the 33 identified programs outlined in Tables A-E. The admission process will be conducted through the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), while Direct Entry admissions will commence in the 2023/2024 Session.
Admission Requirements for 100-Level through UTME
Candidates seeking admission to the 100-Level through UTME should fulfill the following requirements:
- Academic Qualifications:
- Obtain a minimum of five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects at the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSSCE) or its equivalent.
- The credits must include the English Language and should not be obtained in more than two sittings.
- UTME Score:
- Achieve the minimum score specified by the University in the UTME conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
- Post-UTME:
- Successfully pass the Post-UTME organized by LASUSTECH.
Direct Entry Admission Requirements
For candidates applying through Direct Entry, the following conditions must be met:
- Academic Qualifications:
- Possess a minimum of two Advanced Level (A-Level) passes in relevant subjects.
