The management of Oke-Ogun Polytechnic Saki (TOPS) is pleased to announce the upcoming matriculation ceremony for the 2022/2023 academic session. All newly admitted students are required to attend this event, which will be held on the following details:
Date: Wednesday, 5th July, 2023
Time: 9:00 am (Prompt)
Venue: Open Ground, New ICT Centre
Compulsory Matriculation Fee
To participate in the matriculation ceremony, all ND and HND students, both Full-time and Part-time, must pay a matriculation fee of One Thousand Eight Hundred Naira (N1,800) to the Bursary Department. This fee is mandatory, and students are required to present the payment receipt to their respective School Officers for the collection of their matriculation gowns. Failure to make the payment will result in non-registration.
Return of Matriculation Gowns
After the ceremony, it is essential for all matriculating students to return their Academic Gowns within 24 hours. Failure to return the gowns within the specified period will lead to penalties according to the institution’s regulations.
The matriculation ceremony holds great significance as it marks the official induction of new students into the academic community of Oke-Ogun Polytechnic Saki. Therefore, all fresh students are strongly urged to strictly follow the instructions and guidelines provided to ensure a smooth and memorable matriculation ceremony.
